Didn't really work for me
I had a vent section with a series of 45 degree elbows and I couldn't reach them with my vacuum as my vacuum hose wouldn't rotate, I was hoping that I can clean with this brush without disassembling it. First, as recommended, I used the handle. However, the handle went through two bends, but got stuck on the third, requiring the hinge to be dismantled. Then the brush head got stuck on the first joint so I had to disassemble the entire vent to free it. Maybe it's a good option for seamless or straight tubing, but it didn't work for my setup.
