Review on CoolTool by Christopher Wells

The fact that it's an intuitive site with no bells and whistles, but very useful. I like how easy it is to upload my own surveys and the fact that they are completely free to use. They have some good guides and tips on how to conduct interviews and focus groups too. Nothing really. It's great! The ease of use, data collection process, ability to customize your questionnaire & reporting options are some key features that I like about this tool! It's also easy enough so even novice users can get started with it quickly without too many problems or issues getting used to its interface - which was one issue we had in other tools as well (i.e., SurveyMonkey). We're using cooltool mostly for survey creation/designing but have been able to integrate into our CRM system as well.
