Absolutely beautiful! I've been looking for a skirt like this for a long time! I'm 4-11 years old and I usually wear a size 2 so I'm always wary of one size. Especially for this style of skirt, which is almost always too long and fits like a tent. I'm so glad I heard the reviews that this particular skirt runs small because it fits like it was made especially for me! The belt fits just right, not too loose and not too tight. And the skirt hem, slightly asymmetrical, barely touches the feet. The material is light, the colors are bright and rich, even better than in the photo. I'm so glad I ordered another one in a different color.
