Here's what you need to understand. It's a $12 hat, it's not meant to go through a war and come out brand new. I have several versions of this hat. This version has fur inside and is amazing. I have a lot of very thick hair. So when I buy hats, it needs to stretch well and not be too tight to make my hair look weird. This hat is perfect and warm. Maybe it can't be washed or something, I'm not sure, but who cares when it's a cheap hat. Has plenty of space and doesn't feel uncomfortable having a stool on top. The regular women's version had more flowers but there was no fluff inside and I had to work really hard to stretch this hat. The version with a hole in the top is also tensile, but there is a hole in the top for heat dissipation. This version is the best beatnik hat I've ever owned and the light green goes with a lot of things.
