Okay, those are just black plastic valve caps. But a cheap bike I bought from Wallyworld in the States (because I live in the third world and even cheap Walmart bikes attract gangsters here) somehow managed to unscrew the black plastic valve covers, which blew within a month. I'm an engineer and I still don't know how they did it. They work, they're nice and thick and they're still screwed on. I really liked some of the quirky ones, but they would have been stolen. . And they are also afraid that they will tear off the bicycle valves. I don't know what else to say about her. The price is ok for what they are.
