Initially I was happy with this monitor. But one morning it got very dark. This led to a communication with LG support. PAINFUL! In the end, I had to do a lot of work to get a service request on the system: repeat the troubleshooting steps I'd already done as a former technician; Take and upload photos of my receipt and the front and back of the monitor. Again and again almost all morning until noon. Now LG has emailed me the PDF labels that I need to print (I don't have a printer anymore). And send the monitor to FedEx for packing and shipping. I was told that my travel expenses could be reimbursed. But I didn't work at LG all the time for free. If the thing breaks again, it goes in the trash. I will switch to another brand.
