I love everything about this product! My boyfriend started the 21 Day Correction about a year ago and after seeing the results I decided to give it a try. I've never had a problem with losing weight, but I've always had a hard time keeping it off due to portion control. That's why I love these containers! When I first saw the containers after opening the box I was a bit skeptical because some of them were really small, but don't let that fool you! The amount of food you can eat per day is enough! I don't usually even make all of my containers daily and fill them up before I've finished my meal! I'm on round three and I've lost 43 pounds and I feel fantastic. If you're a skeptic, I understand I was in the same boat. But if you want to lose a few pounds or more I suggest!
