FedEx Smartpost not so smart
I would love to rate a product if it ever comes to my mind. For some reason the item was returned to Revain as it could not be delivered. I've never been a fan of the FedEx/USPS (FedEx Smartpost) transfer, and that's exactly why. No real tracking information was provided after being shared with USPS and then I received an email from Revain (on the day it was supposed to arrive) claiming my address could not be delivered. Strange as I get mail delivered to my house daily and have ordered many items which are easily delivered by FedEx, UPS and USPS. I have double checked the address information I have provided to ensure I have not provided any incorrect information and everything has been verified. It was just a disappointment. Many Thanks,
