Terrible product. Customer service is even worse. The product comes with a "Quick Start" page that is imprecise and barely written in English. To get features like Excel spreadsheet download, you need to pay extra $399. What you are buying here is poorly executed software to use the Magicard machine. Even when connected to the internet and using google to figure out how to use this device, the print quality was very poor. The card was not printed with a background template or another. When I called today to request a refund there was no effort to rectify the issue. It felt that this was not the first call they received today regarding the matter. Thank God I bought from Revain! Just a waste of money.
