Review on Canon Managed Print Services by Jose Schweigert

I have had great success using MSP for our office which is located around 200 miles from my home base so it was difficult before that we could not use them as they are very far away but now i am able fix all issues remotely myself or call out when needed! Great customer service team who will always work hard at solving any problems even if there isn't much time left until deadline!! Sometimes printers get stuck printing jobs due high demand causing delays however this has never been an issue while working here. The support is great! They are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I have never had an issue with them that they couldn't work out or fix quickly. It's nice knowing my printer isn't going down without warning. A lot less downtime than we used to experience. We use it as our backup printing solution when there is no one else around.
