So I read the comments after I received the package and I won't lie, they were a little discouraging but I decided to give it a go try.1. Yes the brushes are not the best quality but if treated well and kept clean they will last a long time. So no, hair doesn't spread unless you can measure your strength against the canvas. 2. Yes, paints dry very quickly. This is acrylic. So make sure you close the pot when not in use. You can also add a few drops of water to reactivate the color.3. Yes, the color of the end result will vary slightly from the image sent to you. But that's not a big difference. The small image looks a bit darker, but that's why it's small. When you finish the project, the colors will be a little lighter.4. Yes, you can see the number through a couple of colors. Mainly yellow and white. But if you paint over them 3 or 4 times they won't be visible, you have plenty of paint to do that. If you are thinking of buying this please do so. It was fun, it took about 3 weeks but I was very happy when I finished. Yes, one final note: the people who gave this a 2 or 3 star rating are the same people who call tech support to complain about their computers not connecting to the internet without realizing that their internet router is disconnected from the diet.
