I accidentally bought the wrong item thinking it was the same item sold by Owens BBQ and I was of the craftsmanship and efficiency extremely disappointed. I stayed optimistic, used it a few more times and gave up. Heat distribution was not even compared to the Owens BBQ. I don't get paid or work for Owens BBQ; I provide a fair, unbiased opinion of what has worked best for me. It also doesn't hurt that the free can of Buffalo Wing Spice that came with the purchase of Owens BBQ was amazing!
