The person or persons who have designed this product must have graduated from an engineering school, or perhaps lack common sense. This product description advertises a sealed lid to prevent ice from falling out. Guys, that's a green valve that you can use (cleverly!) to flip over an ice cube tray. It doesn't seal anything, including freezing smells, and won't stop water from leaking out of the molds until they're completely frozen. Functionally, it is nothing more than a loincloth. Additionally, there is a large and deep groove around the perimeter of the ice mold that also fills with water and freezes into ice. However, they are not part of your forms. In fact, they don't fit your small-mouthed container any better than regular ice cubes. You can break them up to use as ice for your bottle, but they really do look like the edges of a sticker shape, which are useless unless you peel the heart-shaped sticker off the back. Of course, it cleans well and the ice is easy to remove, but the designer had to think a lot more about it to achieve the desired functionality. I really expected more from an OXO product.
