The product does what it is supposed to do and we were very happy to have it with us on our trip to the mountains! The backpack was comfortable and the water didn't taste of plastic even after a long time in the water. The hole you put water in is quite small, which makes it difficult to put ice in the bubble. There is also a plastic tip to cover and protect the pacifier you use to drink water that broke in the first few days of use. The nipple itself is designed to take a light bite to open it, followed by a suction action to allow water to escape. It also failed after biting and breaking the nipple within the first week of use. It still worked but leaked.
