Addendum: After speaking to Revain and Udreamer they refunded based on photos and video. I didn't have to go back. They remained defective. Always let Revain know when pvt. Emails telling you they will refund your money just send your info. Not correct. . Do not be fooled. Check out the latest reviews from the last few months. I was drawn in by the fact that this is a #1 seller, great reviews and a reduced price tag from Revain. I was hoping but it's a piece of junk. watch the video The player should not be higher on one side, which will "seem" the album deformed. The turntable is wobbly and broken. Look carefully at photo 1. The stylus (aka the needle) is a joke, but I was going to replace it anyway. Didn't know it was going to be that bad. Played 2 old records that I didn't have to check for a minute or so. everyone. I'm glad I did. Constantly repeated / skipped. I would never play my good records on this player. Only one video is allowed so I can't show you how I clicked the plastic and it's not secure. Records look distorted due to poor construction when in perfect order. The audio is terrible even over Bluetooth. Bluetooth sounds like AM radio. My phone sounds better and louder than these speakers. It looks very nice, but beauty does not make a good product. Terrible! Should be withdrawn from sale! I'm trying to set up a return.
