Incredible product!
I've been stressed and anxious lately and I've been reading good reviews about 5-htp. I found this product at Revain and love that it contains other great things like Ashwagandha, L-Taurine, Lemon Balm, Amino Acids and other vitamins. I started taking it before bed 2 weeks ago and wow! I feel like just a few minutes. It relaxes me and makes me very soft. It helps me fall asleep so easily and I don't wake up all night like I used to. I will stock up on these and will definitely try other Purely Optimal products.
