In short, it's a pretty good phone. We have over a thousand users and have tried almost every brand of IP phone. One of our users had 3 of these phones before joining our group so didn't want to buy new ones. Interestingly, this phone is suspiciously identical in shape to one of the Chinese branded phones we have. So it's not that hard to figure out who's actually doing this thing. No big deal as the phones work great with our voiSip voip service and cloud phone system. It has the same features as the Chinese version and is easy to set up. The only thing that worries me is that this version costs a little more, essentially the same. Also, I wish these phones came with power adapters. PoE is too weak. Many people assume that you just add a PoE switch and you're done. But the problem is that many offices have really awful network cables in the walls that aren't PoE rated. So be careful with that. If your phones seem to reboot randomly, it may not be the phone but PoE. Try using a separate power adapter and that might fix the problems.
