Slightly disappointed

My daughter bought them from another manufacturer and we love them. We wanted to order it but they weren't in stock so we bought them. They look ok except one side of all the steps don't stay down. I wait for one of the kids to trip over it and fall. I guess we should have waited until the ones she bought were in stock.
