The best thing about this system was its ability to monitor online conversations as well as social networks like facebook and twitter for keywords related to your brand or products/services. It helped me track down relevant information regarding my business in real time. I didn't really have any dislikes with it but there were times when certain features failed to work properly which made things difficult at those moments. If you're looking for an easy way to gain insight into what people say about your brands then cyberalert can help provide answers quickly. We used cybersleuth primarily because we needed something simple yet powerful enough to gather all our data from various sources including blogs, forums etc., so we could easily analyze them later.
