The concept of this product is brilliant! The weight of the parts is user friendly. The mechanism for attaching and rotating the mop head to the bucket is awkward, although it works once you attach it. However, on my SECOND use, the base of the mop cracked and expanded, causing the head to fly off the bass when mopping on the second sweep, rendering it unusable at all. Also, it's an extra step to release the handle to get the slingshot effect after each swipe attempt. For those taller than 5-6 inches, the mop handle is so short that you have to bend down, which puts strain on your back. LOVE this concept but after the second use I don't have a usable mop anymore. I also bought extra cleaning brushes and mops because I wanted to keep this product and use it for a long time. I am very disappointed.
