I had to contact the service. Without a long wait, they pick up the phone the first time, communicate politely, describe the repair process, where to bring it, they make a car pass to the territory. The brush was made in two working days, on Friday, May 20, I gave it away, on Wednesday at lunch I already took the vacuum cleaner back. I am satisfied with the vacuum cleaner, the service center too. Thanks recommend.
- Cool powerful vacuum cleaner. During cleaning, almost a quarter of the container of sand and dust is collected in two carpeted rooms, the rest is the hair of my wife and two daughters. During the cleaning period, I empty the container up to 3 times. The previous vacuum cleaner did not collect even half of the hair from the whole apartment, from the mop that I now sweep with this vacuum cleaner.
- There are carpets in 4 rooms of the house, they used a turbo brush all the time. Six months later, she stopped spinning, I don’t know, maybe something went short.
