A pleasant surprise.
I bought this cushion to sit on whilst working from home during Covid. I used more than the average person and sat on it at 2 hour intervals 14+ hours a day for almost 3 weeks. Although my butt was a little up at 10am. Overall my back was supported, my posture was great and it holds up incredibly well. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who uses it for meditation, yoga, work or just as a small cushion to sit on. The height is perfect for giving your knees some freedom of movement if flexibility is important to you. The quality is wonderful.
