These measuring cups are used in my garage to measure oil levels and such. It's quite annoying when it takes 1.1 liters to top up a small motor oil, but the bottle is 1 litre. But the wide mouth of these measuring cups makes it easy to pour food in, and the spout helps keep spills to a minimum. Being plastic I'm not worried about them breaking if dropped and while they're cheap I consider them disposable unless they last too long. So far so good and they are holding up great. Before first use I checked the measurements with more expensive glass measuring cups and they are the same.
