Significant reduction in aphthous stomatitis

I started with stomatitis in my mouth 7 or 8 years ago. Sometimes just a small burning spot near the tip of the tongue and sometimes a wound on the side. Usually they lasted 2 to 4 days and then disappeared. Unfortunately, these sores can reappear after 2-4 weeks. After reading that some people had successfully treated these ulcers with L-lysine I gave it a try and the results have been great. The number of cases is reduced by 90%, and when they occur, the burning is much less. I have been using these tablets for over 18 months and am very happy with the results.
