The price and design seem good, but the usability is really bad. I bought it for a 2017 Apple Macbook Pro with Touch Bar. Even when it's fully inserted, if I move its drives/SD card, the one associated with it gets unmounted, sometimes even just by gently shaking the table. I was importing some pictures from an SD card to an external USB 3 drive and it took forever compared to my old Macbook Air with a USB 3 card reader and the same USB 3 drive plugged into it. Wifi wasn't working properly, I thought it was a problem with the Macbook Pro and I spent an hour looking for a solution. Then I read more reviews about this hub and many had the same problem. I am returning it as it will affect my computer's functionality and could damage external drives if accidentally disconnected so easily. right I'm returning it for a refund
