Item arrived as shown. This strap matches the women's version of the Daniel Wellington watch line. The quality of the black leather is excellent. It's as stretchy as the brown leather they offer. What is not included, the metal spring links that connect the leather ends to the actual watch base are not present as you are likely ordering a strap for a ladies Daniel Wellington watch here that already came with the strap and metal spring links that are not so important to remove from the old and insert into the new. My package arrived a little late from them but their customer service was responsive and made sure it would deliver, which it did. I am happy.
