Effective and sharp!
I have been cooking and baking for over 20 years. I don't know how I've never had one (I've always used a grater). After sadly trying lemons for the hundredth time, I finally decided I needed the REAL peel. So I chose this one. That is amazing. It's efficient, it's sharp and very easy to clean. It comes with a lid so you can store it without rubbing your knuckles and a cleaning brush. I made lemons, parmesan cheese and some other things to show my husband how cool it is. Plus, it was a pleasure working with the company!
