Perfect for toddler!
Love this! My child is 21m, and weighs 27 pounds. Perfect fit, sturdy in the seat so she was very secure in the water. She still has room to grow all summer season. The double bumper design makes it really stay afloat and it blows up to a nice size. Very happy I'll be buying another for sure for family to use at my pool as well!
