Updated 11/02/15. Now I have the second adapter after 16 months of daily use of the first adapter. Unfortunately I don't think Wacom no longer sells an adapter for this model as it's always sold out when I check I don't have an alternative. Unfortunately, after a particularly violent storm, I found that my Cintiq would not turn on. The only options were a defective Cintiq or a defective Cintiq power supply. Since the power supply was plugged into a surge protector, I feared the worst. But since it only cost me twenty dollars, I ordered this adapter. It was delivered very quickly even though it wasn't the main unit and my Cintiq started up right away. Wacom also sells replacements, but I wanted to try a cheaper option, especially if I just had a dead Cintiq. This adapter gave me the best result - very thankful it works!
