YES IT STROBES! for my opinion
It’s super finicky but this light does flash just one color. The remote and the receiver have a love hate relationship so you have to be patient. You long press the button with the heart until the light goes out, press the color you want to flash, and then select the heart button again. To make sure it is definitely working, make sure to turn the strobe/ flash all the way up. Hope this helps!
