There are so many healthier foods out there for people to eat these days, why not healthier pet foods too? Annamaet Feline Sustain #29 is just that. Mad with sustainably caught Alaskan cod and free-range turkey, plus prebiotics and probiotics. It looks like the company sells this food to humans, not cats. Oh wait, that's them! When opening the Feline Sustain No. 29, you will find that the packaging is resealable, but not with the typical zipper. Instead, it has a velcro closure, which I've seen on several fancy dry cat foods. When you take the food out of the bag, you don't see bright colors. The food is brown and shaped like a three-pointed star. Not sure if this makes it easier for the cat to bite or not. It also has a pleasant feline scent. I feed three wild cats a day. They live on the streets, but spend most of the day wandering around the territory. These cats are typically fed a variety of Friskies foods, leaving them unaccustomed to eating healthier foods. From time to time I give them something new and see if they like it. Although cats Feline Sustain No. 29, they wouldn't leave him alone. All three cats ate some food, but not in the amount they would normally eat of other kibble. I assume it's possible that Feline Sustain #29 is more filling and satisfies the cat's hunger quicker with this food? It is difficult to understand. What I do know for sure is that this cat food is high in protein, grain free and made with quality ingredients that you won't find in Friskies.
