I like that you can pull up historical data on any server or client. The interface is also pretty straightforward, meaning it's not too hard for someone with less experience to use. You can't really just copy/paste an individual line of text into the bcfg2 command line without having to go through a lot of steps. Sometimes this can be a hassle if certain information is missing. If you're looking for something that will make your life easier as an admin and help you keep track of all of your servers, then this is the software for you! We have been using bcfg2 at least since the first version was released back in 2008.
