Bcfg2 helps system administrators produce a consistent, reproducible, and verifiable description of their environment, and offers visualization and reporting tools to aid in day-to-day administrative tasks. It is the fifth generation of configuration management tools developed in the Mathematics and Computer Science Division of Argonne National Laboratory.

Great tool when managing multiple systems

I like that you can pull up historical data on any server or client. The interface is also pretty straightforward, meaning it's not too hard for someone with less experience to use. You can't really just copy/paste an individual line of text into the bcfg2 command line without having to go through a lot of steps. Sometimes this can be a hassle if certain information is missing.
