What the hell Toshiba. Your QA slips away. This is my third drive under your brand and the largest at 10TB. 34 days and 19 hours of operating time. Prediction Error - Attribute: 7 seek error rate, read/write head position error rate. State the problem with the servo head. High temperatures can also cause this problem. Replace the hard drive immediately. It is recommended that you backup immediately to avoid data loss. I had to disable Smart Check in BIOS to get back to Windows. Now I'm struggling to get all my movies off this drive before I lose it. :( Guys make it BETTER! UPDATE - 7/23/2019. This drive was replaced 48 hours after failure. Replacement is going great!
