Not as expected, best in child's room
I was hoping for a soft jersey blanket that is stretchy and breathable (because it's "100% cotton"). This duvet has no stretch and isn't overly soft to the touch - and instead of being just cotton, it has polyester filling between the two layers, more like a quilt than a two-ply duvet. It's not worth sending back, but it definitely didn't meet my expectations based on the description. If you're looking for a cute little blanket to lay on the floor on your stomach (which I'll probably use it for), this isn't a bad thing. If you're looking for swaddle blankets, I don't recommend it.
