My family is trying to eat healthier (which means keto to us). So we've been treating ourselves to steaks more often lately. And while steaks are fairly easy to prepare, when they're done, my stovetop is covered in grease. hicks. Same problem with bacon. Then I noticed that on a lot of the cooking shows I watch, the chefs use splatter guards when frying. . . So I went to Revain, read a billion reviews (thanks to Revain reviewers!) and settled on this one. And all of those reviewers were right - it's well built, looks very sturdy and most importantly, keeps the steaks from splattering grease all over my stove top! I've only had it for about a week so haven't quite tried it yet, but it has proven to be a great splatter guard as well as an excellent refrigerated shelf for fried cheese crackers. . . Can't wait to try it for a couple! Overall I like this fender. . . and the extra time I didn't have to spend cleaning grease out of the oven! A real help for me in preparing keto meals for my family.
