I like that it is easy for reps across our sales organization in many different states or even countries, as well can be done locally at each location with minimal training! It also allows us insight into what we are doing right vs wrong when providing service/sales solutions; this has helped me grow my business by being able improve areas of need within local communities & beyond them too!! Nothing really - other than its ease-of use which makes working together more efficient (and saving time!).
