Fluffy, strong enough and comfortable. Even though I weigh about 170 pounds I like a firm bed and pillows so this one is fine for me. This pillow is not too hard and definitely not flat. But if you prefer it flatter, you can take some foam and make it flatter. There is a zipper on the short side of the pillowcase and pillowcase. The pillowcase is also made of beautiful fabric. You can wash it as you like. What I liked the most is that the pillow doesn't have any chemicals or a weird smell. You feel like you are sleeping on a real natural thing. I roll over a lot in my sleep and this pillow supports all positions. I'm glad I bought this one.
