I love it. By using 2 screens it is much easier to have a touch screen for both displays. I almost returned it due to connection issues. It took almost 3 weeks to find the right connector (I have a light laptop with only USB and mini HDMI ports) and get the monitor working. By the way, this monitor does not work with a USB connection. After I plugged it in, the second issue was that the monitor was reflecting my light off the center of the screen, so I couldn't use it as the built-in stand tilted it backwards. It took another week to find a stand to hold the monitor upright. I found it heavy so it doesn't move when I use the touchscreen. I'm glad I didn't give up - the second touchscreen makes it easier to maneuver between the two screens and makes me more efficient. Ten times better than a regular monitor and well worth the extra money.
