Fits, serves its purpose. I don't really like it 100% because it sticks out so much. Currently mounted on an 8" wide rim with a 3.75" offset. Extends about an inch past the edge of the rim. If you install it like the picture, the plate will hang under the centerline of the wheel. I turned the plate mount upside down (both the middle and corner plate mounts) so that it is now centered on the wheel. It rattles a little. The flashlight mount is handy, didn't use it at first but now I have a tail light. I can shorten the main mount about an inch or so to line up the plate in the wheel.
