Whilst the item appears to be working well after a few weeks of installation unfortunately I only have to give 2 stars as as you can see from the photos the item came out to be defective since on the front cover one of the slats is missing. is it true? It feels like I bought a damaged item, sorry for that feeling. The crate was also damaged, but I couldn't find any connection between the point of impact and the damaged generator inside the crate. However, definitely 5 star value for money, but the experience remains. I'm wondering why Revain allows retailers to kick out their customers with damaged items, I don't get it.
