We have been using old Subway knives that were used 20 years ago for many years. The good old ones that cut everything and cut soft tomatoes like a razor! Needless to say, you can't get them anymore, but that's the next best thing! Next? Heck, they're just as good if not better! Beetles are smart! They cut, they cut bones, if they worked better you'd have to leave $20 on the counter every time you use them! Enough of my commercials and "professional" links. Lol Seriously, these knives rule!
