I like that it's easy to use, so if there is an issue or question we have someone who can help us right away! The support team also seems very helpful when they are able to respond quickly. For example one of my customers has a lot of questions about our software because they do not know how to navigate their way around it yet. However, after reaching out to them through email only got responses from the customer service team once in several weeks. We've been using this system since 2015, but recently switched over to another platform because of issues that were brought up by clients wanting better integration capabilities and other features.
