This thing is huge, heavy and came in a huge unwieldy box. I had trouble plugging it in under the kitchen sink in my old RV. One of the supplied hoses did not fit my installation. After 5 trips to 3 different hardware stores and not finding anything that would connect it to my lines I gave up looking. I called the company and explained my problem. The customer service rep Nick saved me from sending the unit back by sending me another hose that I need to connect the unit to the water supply. Super helpful! Thank you Nick!
