Day One: The box had a small damage to the handle, which bothered me until I realized the handle had probably been roughly handled. Setup was very easy. I connected all attachments before activating it. Many people have complained about the speed and noise of the fan. 1) I had no trouble connecting to the wifi in my apartment. The modem is in the living room and the computer is in my bedroom. 2) Does this thing have a fan? I can't hear anything except the noise in my bedroom with two fans running. Day two: All updates on the computer are installed. I installed The Sims 4 and all expansion packs in less than 2 hours. I still have plenty of storage/RAM on the computer to do whatever I need to do. I ended up buying a wireless mouse, but after one night of use switched back to the mouse that came with the computer. It felt much better in my hand than the cordless one I bought. Conclusion: Two days of intensive use and the computer was worth every penny. I don't use the touchscreen feature, but I've played around with it. Works perfectly. The only thing that bothers me is the keyboard that comes with it. It doesn't change position in height, so it's lower than what I'm used to. **Update** I've had my computer for almost a month now. I use the computer every day and for several hours at a time. I haven't had any problems with my computer so far. It still works perfectly. I'm used to the keyboard. I've seen other posts where people complain about screen blur. I personally had no issues with the clarity of the screen/images. *UPDATE* I've had my computer for almost a year now. Screen sharpness is still perfect. I haven't had a single problem with the computer since I bought it. I highly recommend this computer. The screen took a while to get used to, but that's because it's like a mini TV, but now all other computer screens are microscopic! I personally had no issues with the clarity of the screen/images. *UPDATE* I've had my computer for almost a year now. Screen sharpness is still perfect.
