The Capezio shoes are great but the pair we bought for our 3 year old dancer fell apart due to a loosely stitched sole. They got a little dirty when she dressed them from the dance studio for her first grade because her parents wouldn't let her in and we didn't think to leave her shoes. However, they shouldn't diverge along the seam, which became apparent after sixth grade, meaning they weren't sewn enough to begin with. We hope to return them but the date has already passed even though she only wore them for half a dozen lessons.
