The product is average, I'm not sure it's worth the money.
The bottom line is that iron is inside, including the matrix, for such a high price for 5+, but HP's attitude ruins the overall impression. Note that you should not purchase this product if you have previously installed Windows on your own more than once and are unaware of the hardware ID or how to locate it on the manufacturer's website in order to manually register the drivers in memory at a later time. The laptop is something that only highly experienced IT professionals should consider purchasing.
- In general, the iron on the inside is extremely good, and everything works perfectly; there are no bottlenecks. The laptop is lightning quick and is than adequate for professional use.
- Why is the rating a 3? Due to the fact that HP is a bunch of idiots that are incapable of uploading software for their own laptops to their website, this kind of model is not available from them.
