Stopped freezing after 3 months

I bought this breast milk bag as mentioned by others. For the first month of using it, the milk stayed perfectly cold throughout my entire 10 hour shift (work + travel) and I loved it. After that it slowly got warmer. Last week (it's 4 months now) it thaws for 3 hours and an hour later my milk was completely at room temperature. Luckily I managed to find a small fridge, otherwise I would have had to throw away the milk. I froze it completely overnight, nothing has changed, I have no idea why it won't hold the cold anymore. Had to go back for the packed lunch and lots of ice packs.

snack bag is designed for backpacks, gym bags and diaper bags. There's even a buckle handle to attach to bags, gym bags and strollers
