Review on ๐Ÿชš Mirka 9A-232-AP Abranet 5-Inch Mesh Grip Discs: Ultimate Sanding Solution for Superior Results by Jay Chowdhury

It's pretty amazing. I used Harbor Freight grinding wheels.

They are amazing. I have been a long time user of Harbor Freight grinding wheels and recently purchased some Mirka fixed grinding wheels and have been impressed with the improvement. I just saw these net discs, also from Mirka, and decided to give it a try. I think they are just as much better than the stock Mirka solid rims as those on my old HFs. They sand extremely quickly and leave a good finish. The only problem they face is breaks. Hitting a sharp corner with the outside edge of the disc can cause the disc to crack and then spread out quickly. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, the sand lasts indefinitely. I always ripped one up before the sand wore out. I play with a dab of epoxy around the outer edge on the back so it doesn't tear easily. I'm afraid this will ruin the quality of the work.
