PROS tweezers: brushed stainless steel; light, but quite suitable for aquaculture and horticulture. The gripping ends match perfectly - no misalignment. Length: 10 1/2 inches from end to end. Scissors: 10 inches from end to end. Purchased specifically for curved cutting blades that cut paper sharply. Can't tell if it's polished stainless steel or chrome plated. Cons: The tweezer sticks have fairly sharp edges on 2 of the 4 corners. Not razor sharp and nothing that couldn't be repaired with a few passes of a fine sanding board or very fine sandpaper - a repair in a minute. Conclusion: I will most likely buy a second set.
